AI Blog

AI Blog writes blog post drafts about the inventory you really have in stock. Open Write a post, pick a post type, click Write post, and a minute or two later you have a draft with a title, a teaser, an intro, a short write-up for each vehicle with a live listing card, and a closing paragraph. You read it, change what you like, and publish it yourself.

Nothing is ever published without your approval. You can write posts yourself, or let Autopilot write one on a schedule and email you a preview to approve.

Requirements

Requirement Value
License Starter or higher
AI credits 5,000 per post, 500 per rewrite of one paragraph
Inventory At least one published listing that is not sold, sale pending or coming soon

What it writes

Post type What you get
New arrivals A post about your 5 newest listings, or the up to 5 you choose
Spotlight A post about one listing. Search for it by title, or leave it empty for a random one
Price drops A post about vehicles whose price went down in the last 30 days, still for sale
Recently sold A post about vehicles that sold in the last 30 days, with a link to what is in stock now
Guide A short article about a make, model or category, with a scroller of what you have in stock under it
News A post written from notes you type, such as an event or an offer

See Writing a Post for how each one works.

How it works

  1. You choose what to write about and click Write post. The page keeps working while the draft is written.
  2. The facts about your listings (the fields you filled in, never the price) are sent to the Dealer.ms AI server.
  3. The AI writes the post one piece at a time. Every piece is checked: no invented prices, percentages, years or figures, no links or email addresses that you did not give it, and no claims it cannot back up.
  4. If the post passes, the credits are charged and the draft appears in the Posts tab marked Ready to review.
  5. If it does not pass, nothing is charged. The extension tries once more by itself, and then shows the reason.

You are charged only for a post that passed

A failed try costs nothing. The 5,000 credits are taken when a finished draft is handed back.

Listing cards stay live

The listing cards inside the post are not pictures. They read the listing each time the page loads, so the price and photo are always current. If a listing is sold, the card stays, with the photo greyed out, a Sold label and a button to similar vehicles in stock. If the listing is deleted or unpublished, a slim dashed box says it is no longer available, with a button to your current stock.
