Frazer Connector¶
The Frazer Connector extension creates a seamless bridge between your DMS and Frazer, allowing you to keep your inventory perfectly in sync without manual updates. Any changes made in Frazer are automatically reflected in your DMS inventory, ensuring your website always stays accurate and up to date.
On top of inventory syncing, the connector also routes incoming leads from your DMS forms directly into Frazer. Every inquiry is captured, structured, and delivered straight into your Frazer system, helping you respond faster and manage customers more efficiently.

How it works¶
The connector runs in both directions.
Inventory flows from Frazer to your site. You configure the import once — mapping Frazer's data to your listing fields — then pull your existing inventory. After that, changes made in Frazer are pushed to your website automatically, usually within minutes. Vehicles added in Frazer appear on your site, edits update the listing, and vehicles removed in Frazer are moved to trash.
Leads flow from your site to Frazer. Fields on your DMS forms are mapped to Frazer lead fields, so a submitted enquiry arrives in Frazer as a structured lead attached to the vehicle it was about.
Add Dealer.ms to your Frazer integrations
Ongoing sync depends on Frazer knowing where to push changes. If Dealer.ms isn't listed in your Frazer software's integrations, the initial pull will work but nothing after it will.
This is the single most common reason inventory stops updating.

Both live in the DMS admin; there's no separate connection screen or API key to enter, since authentication runs through your Dealer.ms license.
