Plans & Credits¶
DMS comes in three plans: Starter, Standard and Pro. Every plan includes the full core plugin: inventory, leads, imports and exports, badges, statuses, templates and the rest. What changes between plans is which extensions you get and how many monthly credits.

Extensions¶
Each plan includes everything in the plan below it. Starter has the basics, Standard adds scheduled imports and exports, instant filtering, radius search and WooCommerce deposits, and Pro unlocks every extension. The REST API and the mobile app are included with Pro.
See the Extensions overview for the full list by plan, with a guide for each one. If your license doesn't cover an extension, DMS switches it off and tells you which one. Upgrade to turn it back on.
Credits at a glance¶
Three features run on credits. Each has its own balance.

How credits behave:
- Monthly credits reset on the 1st and don't roll over.
- Free VIN lookups are a one-time gift at sign-up, not monthly.
- You can buy extra credit packs at any time. Purchased credits never expire, and free credits are always used first.
- You get an email warning when a balance runs low. You can turn these off in your account's email preferences.
- Running out only pauses that one feature. The rest of your site keeps working.

Changing your plan¶
To move up or down a plan, use Dealer.ms > Billing & Usage (the License Upgrade option shows the cost before you confirm) or the Client Area. See Billing & Your Account.
